4 Roads to Mindfulness
Mindfulness is easy. Mindfulness is fun.
Everybody is passing on the message for a better life, a better world, for all.
Here are 4 Peaceful Easy Roads To Feeling Good Again:
- Grounding—Get back into your body. Feel it. Move it. Breathe.
- STOP : Stop, Take a breath, Observe, Proceed ; Put some space time between you and the world before reacting and to ensure better responding.
- Have An Anchor Phrase—a word, mantra, or set of words that supply compassion or a sense of safety: “all is well,” “it’s safe to be me,” etc.
- The 3 Ps: Pause, Present, Proceed—take a moment to take in the moment, to be fully aware and here in the now.
Just like anything else, the more you do it, the easier it becomes.
