4 Roads to Mindfulness

Everybody is passing on the message for a better life, a better world, for all.

Here are 4 Peaceful Easy Roads To Feeling Good Again:

  1. Grounding—Get back into your body. Feel it. Move it. Breathe.
  2. STOP : Stop, Take a breath, Observe, Proceed ; Put some space time between you and the world before reacting and to ensure better responding.
  3. Have An Anchor Phrase—a word, mantra, or set of words that supply compassion or a sense of safety: “all is well,” “it’s safe to be me,” etc.
  4. The 3 Ps: Pause, Present, Proceed—take a moment to take in the moment, to be fully aware and here in the now.

Just like anything else, the more you do it, the easier it becomes.
